FAQ

At what age should I bring my child to the dentist?

We encourage a dental visit by the time a child is 3 years old, however, we welcome children of all ages and have addressed concerns for parents of patients as young as 11 months old.

Are dental x-rays necessary to take?

Dental x-rays, or radiographs, are one of the many tools we use to diagnose and treatment plan for a wide range of procedures. We encourage an open dialogue and we’ll strive to come to a mutually agreed and beneficial course of action.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept all forms of dental insurance and we are an assignment clinic, meaning we submit claims on your behalf.

I am pregnant, is this a problem?

Not at all! There are several studies that support the benefits of good oral hygiene for both mother and baby. We would only ask you notify the dental professional prior to any treatment to allow any modifications to treatment planning to ensure everyone remains healthy and comfortable.

Is it necessary to have fluoride treatment?

Dental fluoride is an adjunct to help improve public health and has been shown to be very beneficial in reducing rates of decay, especially in children, however, we believe that a patient has complete control over any treatment to be carried out and we value an open dialogue to ensure the comfort of our patients
